GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to Wonderworld Playzone! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our facility, party rooms, play zones and website. By accessing our services, booking with us, or visiting our play center, you agree to these terms.

General Rules

All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+).

Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times.
-
Socks are required for all guests inside play zones (no bare feet or shoes).
-
Guests must follow all posted signs and staff instructions.
-
Wonderworld Playzone LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

Dress Code & Safety
-
Shoes must be removed and placed in designated cubbies before entering play areas.
-
Socks are required for both adults and children.
-
Remove loose jewelry, scarves, drawstrings, hoodies, or items that may get caught.
-
No sharp objects, personal toys, or valuables inside the play zones.

SENSORY NOTICE (LIGHTING, SOUND & SPECIAL EFFECTS)
-
Our facility may use bright lighting, moving lights, strobe effects, music, or other sensory elements.
-
If your child has sensory sensitivities, autism, epilepsy, or may be affected by lights or sound,
parents/guardians must notify staff before entering the play areas so we can provide guidance where possible.

​Age Restrictions

​Our facility is designed for children ages 0–12. We reserve the right to restrict access to certain areas based on age or behavior to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment.

Access to certain zones may be restricted by age or behavior for safety.
-
Guests must follow age guidelines posted in each play zone.

Supervision & Responsibility

Children may not be left unattended anywhere in the facility.
-
Adults are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children.
-
Wonderworld Playzone is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety rules.

Waiver Requirement
-
No waiver = no entry.
-
All guests (including adults) entering any play zone must complete a signed waiver.
-
Waivers may be completed online or in person.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
-
For general open-play reservations, payment or booking may be required at the time of booking or arrival, and reservations are non-refundable.
-
For Party Packages (see below), a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date.
-
Parties cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled event will forfeit the deposit and may not receive any refund.

Food & Drink Policy
-
Outside food and drinks are not allowed unless pre-approved for booked parties.
-
Guests may also choose from our in-house menu when available.
-
No food or drinks are allowed inside the play-structure zones or play equipment areas.

Health & Safety
-
Do not visit if you or your child are experiencing symptoms of illness (fever, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, etc.).
-
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears unwell.
-
We maintain strict cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
-
In case of illness, accident, or incidents requiring deep cleaning, specific areas—or the entire facility—may be temporarily closed. No refunds for temporary closures.
-
Report damaged or unsafe equipment immediately; do not continue use.
Private Parties / Party Packages
-
Private parties include access to a designated party room, play zones and a specified time block (as per package).
-
Please, no noise makers, pinatas, whistles, party horns, glitter, silly strings, confetti, etc in the party rooms.
-
Pre-approved decoration is allowed, including 3rd party vendors.
-
To reserve your date, a non-refundable deposit is required (amount varies by package). This deposit counts toward your total. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your event at check-out.
-
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email acceptable). Deposits are always non-refundable. If cancellation occurs 14 days or more before the event, you may receive a partial refund of any paid balance (less deposit). If cancellation is within 7 days before the event, no refund is given.

Final guest numbers (children + adults) must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event. Changes after this deadline may be accepted at our discretion and may incur additional charges. Because we arrange food, décor and staff based on these numbers, last-minute changes cannot always be accommodated.

The package fee includes access for a specific number of children and Two (2) adults per child free of charge. Additional adults are welcome at a rate of $10 each.

Your time block covers the party room and if your event continues past the allotted time, an overtime fee of $200 per hour (or portion thereof) will apply. Overtime must be approved in advance where possible. Your party room time is guaranteed; however, if another event is scheduled immediately before or after yours, we may release the room with up to a 15-minute buffer. All guests and belongings must vacate the party room when your time block ends. If another event is scheduled immediately after yours, you will be asked to leave at the scheduled end time, and an extension may not be available.

Food, Cake & Vendors: Where included in your package, cake is up to 1 lb in vanilla or chocolate. Specialty designs or extra weight incur additional cost. Outside food and vendors are permitted only with prior approval and additional fees. You may use our preferred caterers or cake vendors if arranged in advance. All food, supplies, and leftover items must be removed at the end of the event — nothing may remain behind.

Allergen / Illness Risk: We are not a nut-free (or allergen-free) facility. Guests may be exposed to common allergens.

Outside Food Risks: If you bring outside food (or use an outside caterer), you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any allergic reactions, foodborne illness, or other health issues caused by that food.

Assumption of Risk: By booking, you assume all risk associated with consumption of any food or beverage at the event, including from outside sources.
-
Supervision, Conduct & Liability: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times—both in the party room and the play zone. Unsafe behavior (running, climbing where prohibited, rough-housing) is not allowed. Party hosts are responsible for any damage to the facility, furnishings or equipment caused by their guests (children or adults). We reserve the right to halt or terminate the event without refund if behavior is unsafe or disruptive.

Wonderworld Playzone and its staff are not responsible for any injuries, lost, damaged, or stolen personal items during the events. Please take care of your belongings.

Play Zone Rules
All guests must follow posted rules at each play zone and the instructions of our staff at all times. Supervision by a parent or guardian is required for all children.
General Safety Rules (All Zones)

Remove shoes and place in designated cubbies before entering play areas. Socks must be worn by everyone, including adults.

Remove loose jewelry, drawstrings, hoodies, scarves, or items that could get caught or entangled.
-
No sharp objects, toys from home, or valuables inside the play areas.
-
No food, drinks, gum, or glass containers inside play zones.
-
Follow age-appropriate rules and respect equipment.
-
Report any damaged or unsafe toys/equipment to staff immediately and do not use them further.
-
Children who are sick or showing symptoms (vomiting, diarrhea, bleeding, injury, or other unwell signs) may not enter; stop use immediately and notify staff if illness occurs.
-
No rough play, running, pushing, climbing on exterior structures, or blocking slides.
-
Children must play cooperatively, gently, and follow instructions.
-
Toys and equipment must remain inside the designated zone.

Zone-Specific Guidelines
1. Main Playground Maze (Ages 4–12)
-
Playground Maze, Tube & Racer Slides, Obstacle Course, Ball Pit, etc.
-
Only children ages 4–12 permitted; younger children should use the Toddler Zone.
-
Slides: one person at a time, feet-first, no stopping midway, no climbing up.
-
Keep hands, feet, and objects inside barriers at all times.
-
Do not climb on the outside of structures, nets, or roof frames.

Toddler Zone (Ages 0–3)
-
Ball Pit, Merry-go-round, Lego Wall, Slide, etc.
-
Only children ages 0–3 permitted; older children must use other zones.
-
Parents must assist toddlers as needed, including with slides.
-
Small toys, bags, or hard objects from home are not permitted in the structure.
Tiny Towns Pretend-Play Area
-
Pretend-play areas (Grocery, Police Station, Salon, Hospital, Kitchen, etc.) are for imaginative play only; items are not edible.
-
Do not climb on furniture or pretend-play equipment unless designed for safe access.
Facility Property & Toys
-
All toys, props, and pretend-play items are the property of Wonderworld Playzone. Please do not remove or take any items home.
-
Report any broken or unsafe toys or equipment to staff immediately.
-
Pretend-play and play structures are for paid children’s use only unless otherwise posted.

Play Safe & Be Kind
-
Play gently and respect others — no rough play, running, pushing, climbing on exterior structures, or blocking slides.
-
Follow age-appropriate area rules. Certain zones are for toddlers only.
-
No food, drinks, gum, or candy in play areas. Please enjoy snacks in the designated café or seating area.
-
Respect others’ space, share, and take turns.
-
Use inside voices and keep the play-zone fun for everyone.
-
Rough play, bullying, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
-
Any guest who violates facility rules may be asked to leave without refund.
Autism / Sensory / Lighting Notice
-
Our facility may use bright lights, moving lights, strobe effects, music, and other sensory elements.

Parents or guardians of children with autism, sensory sensitivities, epilepsy, or other conditions that may be affected by lighting or sound must notify staff before entering the play areas.
-
This allows us to provide guidance and support where possible to ensure your child’s safety and comfort.
-
By entering our facility, you acknowledge and agree that Wonderworld Playzone is not liable for any seizures, injuries, or medical events related to sensory exposure, lighting, or sound.

Pets and Service Animals

No pets allowed.

Only service animals as defined by law may enter the facility.
-

Liability

Indoor play involves inherent risks.

By entering, you release Wonderworld Playzone from liability for injuries arising from normal play or failure to follow rules.

A signed waiver is required for all participation.

Photography & Media
-
Wonderworld Playzone may take photos or videos during events for marketing purposes.
-
If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please inform staff upon arrival.
-
Images displayed on our website, social media, or marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only. The in-store playground and play areas may differ from what is shown online.
Website Use
-
By using our website, you agree not to misuse or hack the site.
-
Personal data collected via forms is used solely for booking and communication purposes and is never sold.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time. Updated terms will be posted to our website and apply immediately upon publication.
