Membership Access

Members may make reservations for play sessions, however walk-ins are always welcome based on availability.
Entry is not permitted during private events or when the facility has reached maximum capacity.

Membership Term & Cancellation

Memberships require an initial commitment of three (3) months. After the initial term, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis until cancelled.
Membership registration requires a photo of each child included in the membership. Photos are mandatory and exceptions cannot be made.
For safety and supervision purposes, changing or substituting children, parents, guardians, or adults after check-in is not permitted. Membership guests must arrive and check in together as registered on the membership.
To cancel your membership, you must email wonderworldplayzone@gmail.com at least seven (7) days prior to your next auto-renewal date. Cancellations may not be processed retroactively.
Special events are not included in membership privileges.
Re-entry is not permitted in single day.
