No. For safety reasons, drop-offs are not permitted. A parent or guardian must remain on-site at all times.

Yes, you can bring small decorations like table-top items, banners, and balloons. Confetti, glitter, piñatas, and wall-mounted decorations are not allowed for cleanliness and safety. Our team ensures a memorable celebration.
If fewer kids come to the party than you expected, the minimum guest count for your package still applies. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for no-shows, but we'll make sure the kids who do come have an amazing time!

Yes. If you notify us at least 7 days before your party, your deposit can be applied to a new date within 90 days (subject to availability).
If you cancel your party within 7 days, your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred. We understand plans change, but this helps us keep everything running smoothly!
