Cancellation Policy

Open Play

  • All open play reservations are non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule one time with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will not receive credit or refund.

Birthday Parties & Private Events

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. Deposit may vary based on the package selected. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your event.

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance: Deposit may be applied toward a future party date (must be rescheduled within 90 days; subject to availability).

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: Deposit is forfeited.

  • No refunds for missed or unused time during the party.

Memberships

  • Memberships require an initial commitment of three (3) months. After the initial term, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis until cancelled.

  • To cancel your membership, you must email wonderworldplayzone@gmail.com at least seven (7) days prior to your next auto-renewal date. Cancellations may not be processed retroactively.

  • Special events are not included in membership privileges.

Food Add-Ons & Customizations

  • Food orders must be finalized at least 3 days before your party.

  • Cancellations or changes to food orders after this deadline may be charged in full.

  • No refunds for food brought in by the customer (even if unused).

  • Food bought from our cafe ?? need to add something.

Merchandise & Grip Socks

  • All merchandise and grip sock sales are final and non-refundable.

Waivers & Entry Requirements

  • A signed waiver is required for all guests entering the play area.

  • Entry may be denied without a completed waiver, and no refunds will be issued.

Weather-Related Closures or Facility Issues
  • In the rare event that Wonderworld Playzone must close due to weather, maintenance, or emergencies, you will be offered either a reschedule or a full credit toward a future visit or event.
