Wonderworld Playzone Membership Terms & Conditions

These Membership Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern all memberships offered by Wonderworld Playzone LLC ("Wonderworld Playzone," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing, renewing, or using a membership, the purchaser ("Primary Member") agrees to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of themselves, the registered child(ren), and any authorized adult using the membership.

1. Membership Eligibility

• Memberships are valid only for the child(ren) registered at the time of purchase.

• Memberships are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or shared with another child or family.

• Membership benefits may only be used by the registered child(ren).

• Wonderworld Playzone reserves the right to verify the identity of the registered child and accompanying adult(s) at any time.

2. Authorized Adults

Each membership includes admission for up to two (2) accompanying adults with the registered child during the same visit, subject to our admission policies.

Either accompanying adult may bring the registered child to Wonderworld Playzone. However, the accompanying adult does not become the account holder or assume ownership of the membership solely by using it.

The membership remains associated with the Primary Member's account and the registered child(ren).

3. Primary Member Responsibility

The individual who purchases the membership ("Primary Member") is solely responsible for:

• All recurring membership payments;

• Maintaining a valid payment method;

• Any unpaid balances or fees;

• Compliance with these Membership Terms & Conditions.

The Primary Member remains financially responsible regardless of:

• Which parent or guardian brings the child;

• Whether another authorized adult uses the membership;

• Any private agreement between parents, guardians, family members, or caregivers regarding payment responsibilities.

Wonderworld Playzone is not responsible for resolving disputes between parents, guardians, or family members. Such disputes do not release the Primary Member from any financial obligations under this Agreement.

4. Membership Benefits

Membership benefits may include:

• Unlimited open play during normal operating hours;

• Member pricing and promotions;

• Discounts on eligible birthday party packages;

• Exclusive member events and offers.

Membership benefits are subject to availability and may change or be modified at any time without prior notice.

5. Minimum Membership Commitment

All memberships require an initial minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive monthly payments.

Memberships cannot be canceled during the initial commitment period except where required by applicable law.

After the initial commitment has been completed, memberships automatically continue on a month-to-month basis until properly canceled.

If a membership is canceled and later restarted, a new membership begins with a new three (3) month minimum commitment.

6. Automatic Renewal

Memberships automatically renew each billing cycle using the payment method on file.

By purchasing a membership, the Primary Member authorizes Wonderworld Playzone and its payment processor to automatically charge all recurring membership fees until the membership is canceled in accordance with these Terms.

7. Billing Authorization

The Primary Member agrees to:

• Maintain a valid payment method;

• Keep billing information current;

• Promptly update any expired or replaced credit/debit cards.

Failure to update payment information does not cancel the membership or relieve the Primary Member of payment obligations.

8. Failed or Declined Payments

If a recurring payment is declined, returned, or otherwise unsuccessful:

• Wonderworld Playzone and/or its payment processor may automatically retry the payment using the authorized payment method.

• Membership privileges may be suspended immediately until the account is brought current.

• Outstanding balances remain due and payable.

Failure to use the membership does not eliminate the obligation to pay outstanding membership fees.

If payment remains unpaid after reasonable collection attempts, Wonderworld Playzone reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate membership benefits;

• Recover unpaid balances;

• Refer the account to a collection agency;

• Pursue any legal remedies available under applicable law.

The Primary Member remains responsible for all membership fees incurred during the required membership commitment period.

9. Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email.

Cancellation requests must be received at least seven (7) calendar days before the next scheduled billing date.

Requests received after this deadline may result in the next scheduled payment being processed.

Membership benefits remain active through the end of the paid billing period.

10. Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable.

No refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments will be issued for:

• Partial months;

• Missed visits;

• Illness;

• Vacation;

• School schedules;

• Sports or extracurricular activities;

• Relocation;

• Personal scheduling conflicts;

• Temporary facility closures due to holidays, maintenance, repairs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

11. Membership Freeze

Memberships generally may not be frozen or paused.

Any exceptions are granted solely at Wonderworld Playzone's discretion and do not establish a continuing policy.

 

12. Birthday Party Discounts

Membership discounts apply only while the membership is active and in good standing.

Birthday party discounts cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings or after membership cancellation.

 

13. Outstanding Balances

Members with unpaid balances may lose membership privileges and may be ineligible to:

• Renew memberships;

• Purchase additional memberships;

• Receive member discounts;

• Book birthday parties using member pricing;

• Participate in member-only promotions.

 

14. Facility Rules

All members, registered children, authorized adults, and guests must comply with:

• Facility Rules;

• Admission Policies;

• Posted safety requirements;

• Staff instructions;

• Liability Waiver;

• Website Terms & Conditions;

• Privacy Policy;

• Birthday Party Policies;

• Any additional policies published by Wonderworld Playzone.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

 

15. Safety and Supervision

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Membership does not transfer supervision responsibilities to Wonderworld Playzone or its staff.

All participants must comply with safety rules and staff instructions.

 

16. Liability Waiver

A current signed liability waiver is required for all participants before entering the play area.

Membership does not replace this requirement.

 

17. Membership Misuse

Wonderworld Playzone reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships without refund for:

• Fraudulent use;

• Sharing memberships between families;

• Falsifying account information;

• Repeated rule violations;

• Dangerous behavior;

• Harassment or abuse of staff or guests;

• Conduct that threatens the safety or enjoyment of others.

 

18. Hours and Access

Membership does not guarantee admission when:

• The facility has reached capacity;

• Private events limit availability;

• Maintenance or repairs require closure;

• Emergency situations occur;

• Severe weather affects operations.

Operating hours and available attractions may change without notice.

 

19. Changes to Membership Benefits or Pricing

Wonderworld Playzone reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, operating hours, policies, or promotional offers at any time.

Any pricing changes will apply to future renewals after any notice required by applicable law.

 

20. Changes to these Terms

Wonderworld Playzone may update these Membership Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting on our website or otherwise providing notice.

Continued membership use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

21. Governing Law

These Membership Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Any legal action arising from this Agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in New Jersey.

 

22. Entire Agreement

These Membership Terms & Conditions, together with the Liability Waiver, Facility Rules, Admission Policies, Website Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Birthday Party Policies, and any other posted Wonderworld Playzone policies, constitute the complete agreement between the parties regarding membership.

By purchasing, renewing, or using a membership, the Primary Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Membership Terms & Conditions.
