Wonderworld Playzone Gift Card & eGift Card Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Wonderworld Playzone! Gift Cards and eGift Cards are a convenient way to share fun, play, and memorable experiences with family and friends. By purchasing, receiving, or using a Wonderworld Playzone Gift Card or eGift Card, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Redemption

Wonderworld Playzone Gift Cards and eGift Cards may only be redeemed at Wonderworld Playzone.
Gift Cards and eGift Cards may be used toward eligible purchases, including open play, birthday parties, memberships, special events, and other services offered by Wonderworld Playzone.
Gift Cards and eGift Cards must be presented or provided at the time of redemption.

2. eGift Card Delivery

eGift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring all recipient information, including email address, is entered correctly.
Wonderworld Playzone is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect email information provided during purchase.

3. Gift Card & eGift Card Balance

Gift Cards and eGift Cards may be used until the available balance reaches zero or until expiration.
Any remaining balance may be used toward future purchases before the expiration date.
Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.

4. Expiration

Wonderworld Playzone Gift Cards and eGift Cards are valid for 60 months (5 years) from the date of purchase.
Any remaining balance after the expiration date will be forfeited.

5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All Gift Card and eGift Card purchases are final.
Gift Cards and eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.
Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be canceled after purchase.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use

Physical Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Wonderworld Playzone is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced Gift Cards.
Wonderworld Playzone is not responsible for lost, deleted, stolen, or unauthorized use of eGift Cards.
Gift Cards and eGift Cards will not be replaced or reissued unless required by applicable law.

7. Transfer & Resale

Gift Cards and eGift Cards may be gifted to another individual.
Gift Cards and eGift Cards may not be resold, duplicated, copied, altered, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

8. Promotions & Discounts

Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards or eGift Cards.
Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be combined with coupons, promotions, discounts, special offers, or other promotional credits unless specifically approved by Wonderworld Playzone.

9. Party Bookings

Gift Cards and eGift Cards may be applied toward eligible birthday party payments.
Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be used as a party deposit unless approved by Wonderworld Playzone.
Any remaining party balance must be paid according to Wonderworld Playzone’s party payment policies.

10. Fraud Prevention

Wonderworld Playzone reserves the right to refuse redemption of any Gift Card or eGift Card that appears to be fraudulent, duplicated, altered, improperly obtained, or used in violation of these terms.
Wonderworld Playzone reserves the right to deactivate any Gift Card or eGift Card associated with suspected misuse or fraud.

11. Changes to Terms

Wonderworld Playzone reserves the right to update or modify these Gift Card and eGift Card Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will apply to Gift Cards and eGift Cards purchased after the effective date of the updated terms.

By purchasing, accepting, or using a Wonderworld Playzone Gift Card or eGift Card, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
