Things to know!

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE COMING IN:
Please check our home page for any private event announcements before booking. The facility may close for a private event, and guests may be required to leave if a private event begins during their visit.
  • All bookings are final. We are unable to offer refunds, credits, or reschedule requests.

  • Reservations are required for weekends and holidays only. All other days are walk-in play!

  • Everyone is required to have a signed waiver on file - including ALL adults. 

  • Children must be supervised by a guardian at all times.

  • Children that are not fully potty trained must wear pull ups at all times. There will be a clean up fee if an accident happens for upto $100.00.

  • If your child is not feeling well, we kindly ask that you visit us another day. For the safety and comfort of all families, we follow a health and safety policy and may request guests to return at a later time if a child appears unwell.

  • Admission is charged for all children up to age 18. Active play is designed for children ages 6 months to 12 years. Guests over 12 may enter play areas only to assist younger siblings.

  • Grippy socks are required for all Kids and everyone is required socks! You may bring your own, or purchase some at the front desk. NO BAREFEET ALLOWED.

  • For safety and capacity control, re-entry is not allowed. Guests who exit the facility will not be permitted back in.

  • No outside food and drinks allowed in the facility.​
